DNA Workshop was contacted by Waters & Pettit Commercial Real Estate to provide a basic package proposal that would help promote the sale and renovation of this existing building.
The renovation proposal intends to transform the former Southern Camera Service building into a new Restaurant.
The design team worked closely with the client to provide a product that meets their functional and aesthetic needs to assure that the end result was consistent with the look of the previous locations.
HISTORIC RENOVATION PLANS
After contributing in the listing of this complex in the National Register of Historic Places, the renovation plans were developed to follow the State Historic Preservation Office standards in order to preserve it's historic value and obtain historic tax benefits that allow for the making of this project.
The project is currently under construction and it is schedule for completion in Spring 19'
