NEW CONSTRUCTION - BATON ROUGE, LA

CANE LAND RUM DISTILLERY

PROJECT SCOPE

This project includes the renovation of a 9,700 square foot warehouse into Cane Land Rum Distilling Company’s central location in downtown Baton Route. The distillery features a tasting room, bar and retail area in addition to the production areas and an outdoor space for events. This project required us to work closely with the distilling-equipment consultants to provide a design that is functional and efficient. The interior of the warehouse was completely transformed to represent the aesthetic values of the client, who was very specific about the southern-industrial look he wanted to accomplish. This project was developed with high consideration of the building codes required for a mixed-occupancy building such as this one.
